Abstract<br><br>Women's political participation is a fundamental indicator of social and political development. In Sistan and Baluchestan, the traditional political culture, rooted in religious beliefs and tribal norms, has created significant barriers to women's participation. This study examines the impact of political culture on women's political participation in this region after the Islamic Revolution. The main objective of this study is to analyze the barriers and opportunities related to women's political participation in Sistan and Baluchestan and to evaluate the influence of political culture on their behavior. Methodology: This descriptive-analytical study was conducted using data collected through library research and field questionnaires. The statistical population included women over 18 years of age in Sistan and Baluchestan, and random sampling was employed. Data were analyzed using SPSS software. The results showed that religious beliefs (correlation coefficient: -0.72) and tribal structures (correlation coefficient: -0.68) are the main obstacles to women's participation. On the other hand, education (correlation coefficient: +0.65), social media (correlation coefficient: +0.58), and family support (correlation coefficient: +0.62) have positive effects on women's willingness to participate in politics. Traditional political culture significantly limits women's political participation in Sistan and Baluchestan. However, increasing educational levels, leveraging social media, and family support are effective tools for transforming this culture and enhancing women's participation.
