Today, safety in public spaces, particularly in urban parks, has become a critical issue. Urban environment quality, as a measure of living conditions in residential areas, significantly influences residents' satisfaction. Factors such as the level of social services, land-use distribution, social security, accessibility to public spaces, geographical location of facilities, environmental conditions, the performance of different urban sectors, activities in urban spaces, and attention to local identity and culture are among the elements affecting the quality of life. This study evaluates variables and indicators related to safety and quality of life in Alghadir Park in Gonbad-e Kavus city. This research is descriptive-analytical and practical in nature, with data collected through questionnaires distributed among 300 participants as the study sample. Data analysis was conducted using one-sample T-tests.<br />The results indicate that the average safety level in the studied park is 2.95, which is close to the moderate level. Various indicators such as physical accessibility, clear design, lighting, physical security, sense of safety, and environmental comfort have mean scores of 3.41, 3.07, 2.89, 2.85, 2.83, and 2.64, respectively (considering the normal mean of 3), falling in the moderate to below-average range. Based on the findings, recommendations are provided, including improving park lighting for nighttime use, protecting existing facilities, enhancing restroom conditions, and implementing measures to prevent entry by socially vulnerable individuals into the park.

The tourism industry holds immense potential for growth and development. One of the most influential factors in promoting tourism is advertising and information dissemination through digital platforms. Social media plays a decisive role in cultural awareness, education, information dissemination, and fostering social participation in the development of the tourism industry. With the expansion of information and communication technology, social media has become a key tool for attracting and engaging tourists.<br />This study investigates the impact of social media on the tourism industry in Bandar-e-Turkmen. The objective of the research is to analyze the relationship between the use of social media, tourists' emotions, and the quality of brand relationships as factors influencing tourist attraction. The research was conducted using a survey method, with a questionnaire distributed among 374 residents and tourists in Bandar-e-Turkmen. Data were analyzed using statistical methods, including regression analysis and correlation tests.<br />The results indicate that social media usage for 1 to 10 hours per day has a positive and significant impact on tourists' emotions, whereas usage exceeding 11 hours has a negative effect. Additionally, a direct and significant relationship was identified between social media usage and the quality of brand relationships, which influences tourist attraction. These findings can assist policymakers and tourism industry stakeholders in enhancing advertising strategies and improving service quality, thereby creating more positive experiences for tourists and ultimately increasing tourist attraction.

Drought is a natural and global phenomenon typically defined as a period of water scarcity relative to normal levels and is considered one of the most significant meteorological hazards. In many regions worldwide, both the frequency and intensity of droughts have dramatically increased. Drought refers to the reduction in water availability over a specific period and area. This study analyzes drought fluctuations during the period 1971 to 2019 and forecasts its status for 2019 to 2044 across various cities in Iran.<br />The SPI was calculated at different time scales (1, 3, 6, 12 months). The SPI is an index based on the probability of precipitation deficits over a given period. SPI values are calculated using long-term precipitation records (30 years or more) for a specific region. Positive SPI values indicate above-average precipitation, while negative SPI values indicate below-average precipitation.<br />The results reveal severe fluctuations in SPI in cities like Aliabad and Gorgan, which have experienced alternating periods of drought and wet conditions. In contrast, regions such as Hashemabad and Incheh-Borun showed predominantly positive SPI values, indicating consistently wet conditions and regular rainfall. However, cities like Kalaleh and Maraveh Tappeh faced severe droughts. Forecasts for 2019 to 2044 suggest increased severe fluctuations and recurrent droughts in cities like Bandar-e-Turkmen and Gonbad-e-Kavus, while Gorgan and Hashemabad are expected to maintain relative stability.<br />These findings underscore the urgent need for effective water resource management and climate planning to address potential droughts and climate change impacts. Overall, this study highlights the necessity of adopting preventive measures and establishing early warning systems to optimize water resource management and tackle future challenges associated with climate variability.

Land use planning encompasses the rational organization of economic, social, cultural, and environmental development aspects. Spatial organization of settlement systems within the framework of land use planning is closely related to the spatial-physical patterns of rural settlements. Achieving a balanced development in rural areas depends on finding suitable spatial patterns in settlement systems generally and rural settlements specifically. Analyzing rural settlements in terms of economic, social, and environmental aspects without considering ecological, spatial, and vulnerability approaches is ineffective. Rural settlements face challenges such as poverty, income inequality, rural migration, village abandonment, neglect of spatial-physical management, and high vulnerability. Factors such as altitude, slope, geological structure, faults, water resources, soil, vegetation, and land use serve as natural bases that significantly influence the identification of suitable and unsuitable areas for rural settlement risk assessment.<br />This applied-developmental study employs library and survey methods to evaluate the ecological and environmental capabilities of the Aq Su region in Kalaleh County for organizing settlement systems. To measure the impact of vulnerability factors on the spatial distribution of rural settlements, multiple regression analysis was utilized. Subsequently, spatial database preparation in a GIS environment (ArcGIS) was performed. After standardizing the criteria using fuzzy logic and AHP methods, weights were assigned to each criterion in the software environment. By integrating these criteria based on the AHP model and fuzzy logic, a final map indicating suitable and unsuitable areas was generated. The study area in the resulting map was classified into highly suitable, suitable, and unsuitable categories for planning various settlement activities.

Economic development policies of the 21st century lead to various changes and transformations in social and urban structures. It creates transformations and reveals a new independent order. This process changes the position of women in social life. Local development and development are formed in the framework of globalization and neoliberal policies. management policies and improving the quality of life; Ensuring the active participation of women requires their inclusion in economic activities.<br />The main goal of this research is to determine the importance of eco-urbanization in increasing women's entrepreneurship and to determine the importance of women who are one of the main actors of balanced and orderly urbanization.<br />An egalitarian and democratic socio-cultural structure implemented as a policy to ensure the emergence or prevention of balanced urbanization is the basic principle of the eco-city process. In this research, the social aspects of eco-city planning, the role of eco-city policy in increasing women's entrepreneurship, considering the criteria set in the scope of gender discrimination and the principles of solidarity are examined.
