ارائه الگو مفهومی رتبه‌بندی مبلمان شهری در پیاده‌راه‌های شهر تبریز از نظر فرهنگی-اجتماعی (مطالعه موردی پیاده‌راه‌های ارک، مقصودیه، تربیت و ولیعصر)

چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف ارائه الگو مفهومی برای رتبه‌بندی مبلمان شهری در پیاده‌راه‌های ارک، مقصودیه، تربیت و ولیعصر در شهر تبریز انجام شده است. مبلمان شهری به‌عنوان یکی از اجزای اصلی فضاهای شهری، نقش کلیدی در ارتقای کیفیت زندگی، تعاملات اجتماعی و جذب گردشگران ایفا می‌کند. روش تحقیق این مطالعه، ترکیبی از رویکردهای کمی و کیفی بوده است. در بخش کمی، داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه‌ای میان ۲۰ متخصص شهری جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از تکنیک‌های آنتروپی شانون و TOPSIS تحلیل شد. در بخش کیفی، مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با متخصصان انجام و داده‌ها با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی بررسی شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که پیاده‌راه ولیعصر با شاخص شباهت ۰.۸۲۲ به دلیل هماهنگی با محیط، کیفیت طراحی و رفاه کاربران، در رتبه اول قرار گرفت. پیاده‌راه تربیت با شاخص شباهت ۰.۷۵۱ به دلیل طراحی مناسب و دسترسی به خدمات، رتبه دوم را کسب کرد. پیاده‌راه‌های ارک و مقصودیه به ترتیب با شاخص‌های ۰.۶۲۷ و ۰.۵۴۸ در رتبه‌های سوم و چهارم جای گرفتند و کاستی‌هایی در مبلمان شهری و عدم هماهنگی با محیط داشتند. الگوی مفهومی ارائه‌شده شامل طراحی و هویت‌بخشی، استفاده از فناوری‌های هوشمند، ایجاد فضاهای اجتماعی و تضمین ایمنی کاربران است. این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که کیفیت مبلمان شهری تأثیر مستقیمی بر عملکرد پیاده‌راه‌ها دارد و مدل پیشنهادی می‌تواند به‌عنوان الگویی جامع برای ارتقای کیفیت و جذابیت پیاده‌راه‌های شهری در تبریز و سایر شهرها مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

چکیده English

This study aims to present a conceptual model for ranking urban furniture in the pedestrian pathways of Ark, Maqsudiyeh, Tarbiat, and Valiasr in the city of Tabriz. Urban furniture, as a fundamental element of public spaces, plays a vital role in enhancing quality of life, fostering social interaction, and attracting tourists. The research employs a mixed-method approach. In the quantitative phase, data were collected through questionnaires completed by 20 urban experts and analyzed using Shannon Entropy and TOPSIS techniques. In the qualitative phase, semi-structured interviews with professionals were conducted and analyzed using content analysis.
Findings revealed that Valiasr pedestrian pathway ranked first with a similarity index of 0.822 due to its environmental coherence, design quality, and user comfort. Tarbiat ranked second with an index of 0.751, benefiting from well-planned design and accessibility to services. The Ark and Maqsudiyeh pathways ranked third and fourth with indices of 0.627 and 0.548 respectively, reflecting deficiencies in urban furniture and a lack of environmental integration. The proposed conceptual model includes four key components: design and identity, application of smart technologies, creation of social spaces, and ensuring pedestrian safety.
This research highlights the significant impact of urban furniture on the performance of pedestrian pathways, and the proposed model offers a comprehensive framework for enhancing the quality and attractiveness of urban pedestrian areas in Tabriz and other cities.
