Presenting a model to examine project stakeholder communication in the successful implementation of road construction projects

Abstract
The aim of this study is to provide a model to investigate the relationships of project stakeholders in the successful implementation of road construction projects. The present study was a combination (quantitative and qualitative) type, which in the first stage, while examining the research literature, the summarized results and the success factors collected from the articles were classified. In the second stage, using Delphi method, the importance of success factors was prioritized. The Delphi team used in this study consisted of four groups of five. Data related to the theoretical framework of the research were designed using library study methods, interviews and documentary review and the initial theoretical framework of the research. Then, in order to validate the designed model, the structured questionnaire was designed based on the dimensions, components and characteristics of the designed model. Factors and structural equations are included. In order to prioritize the dimensions and components affecting the communication system of the project stakeholders in the successful implementation of road construction projects, the Friedman test was used. Based on the results of culture-building factors, organizational, empowering and instrumental factors are effective in the successful implementation of road construction projects. In the dimension of cultural factors, the components of honesty, team focus, availability, cultural differences, etc. are given priority, respectively. In terms of organizational factors, strategy development, contract system, budget, etc. are a priority. In the dimension of co-creating factors, improving the educational level of employees, experience, improving the level of attitude of employees, etc. are in priority. In terms of instrumental factors, information systems, related software, system effectiveness, and system integrity are prioritized.
